Strawberry brunch cake

Using just a fork, you can turn a pancake mix into a hot buttery
upside-down cake, topped with warm fruit--the perfect treat to make at
the cottage.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ( 50 mL) melted butter
- 1 pint strawberries, about 2 cups (500 mL)
- 2 cups ( 500 mL) pancake mix (add-eggs-and-milk type)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup ( 250 mL) milk
