Veggie Caesar pizza

Since it's a complete meal that won't mess up the kitchen, I fueled myself with this healthy pizza when moving house. Now, it's an everyday favorite!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ( 500 g) homemade or store-bought pizza dough, or 12-inch (30-cm) store-bought pizza shell
- 2 to 3 cups ( 500 to 750 mL) mixed chopped fresh vegetables such as broccoli, zucchini, sweet red or green peppers, seeded tomatoes and mushrooms
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup ( 50 to 75 mL) creamy Caesar dressing, preferably light
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup ( 50 mL) Parmesan cheese
- 1-1/2 to 2 cups ( 375 to 500 mL) grated mixed cheese, such as provolone, mozzarella and cheddar or a store-bought blend
