Hoisin is a salty-sweet Chinese sauce like BBQ sauce. Look for it in the supermarket’s Asian section.
This is also good without the rice paper wraps - just roll a lettuce leaf (iceburg is best) around the chicken, onion and sauce!
I would try it with Bib lettuce which is much more pliable than iceburg, unless you're looking for a crunch.
