Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup pesto
Add to grocery list
This quick meal sacrifices only minutes but not taste. It takes only four ingredients-tuna, pesto, sundried tomatoes and penne-and voila! A fuss-free meal ready to serve in minutes.
  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, following package directions but omitting salt, until al dente, 7 to 8 min.
  2. Drain pasta and return to pot. Stir in tuna with broth and oil, sun-dried tomatoes and pesto until combined. Serve immediately.
  • Wine Pairings:

When pondering a wine-pairing dilemma, take a note from the experts and grab the bubbly! Sparkling wines are terrifically versatile - and dry sparking rosés never lead a girl wrong. Here, strawberry and citrus bubbles offer lift to Pesto Penne with Tuna.
Yellow Tail Bubbles Rosé, Australia, $14.

  • Reader Tested:

"This is impossibly easy. It tastes like I spent an hour cooking it - or like it came from an Italian restaurant! I'm adding it to my favourite recipes."
